Organized by the Departement of Culinary and Fashion Education, Universitas Negeri Malang, the International Conference on Innovation in Food Science, Culinary Art, and Fashion Technology (INNOFATEC) will be held on September 1-2, 2025, in the scenic city of Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia. This two day event will bring together global experts, practitioners, and academics in the fields of foos science, culinary art, fashion technology, and vocational education to disscus and explore cutting- edge innovations and sustaineble practices that are shaping these dynamic industries.
